Banzai open 2023 is a Kyokushin, Shinkyokushin tournament for children, cadets, juniors and seniors.
Banzai open is an International Kyokushin tournament. It is open to all Kyokushin groups and organizations which would like to participate and test their skills under the regulations of SFKO (Swedish full contact organization) in cooperation with the Swedish Kyokushin kai organization.

The age of the competitors will be:
10-13 years in semi contact with vest, helmet, shin protection, gloves and with 5 kilo weight difference.
13-17 years in semi contact with 10 kilo weight difference.Helmet, shin protection, gloves, breast protection for women.
From 18 years, semi contact.
From 18 years full contact for novis (not more then 1 full contact competition).

THE RULES
Extra Criteria for Swedish competitors (only): For legal reasons, Swedish competitors (only) from the age of 12 must be able to show a valid competitors card (“tävlingskort”) issued from an organization under the Swedish Sports Confederation (“Riksidrottsförbundet”) (such as “Budo och Kampsportsförbundet” or “Karateförbundet”).
