Tatsu cup blir en vårtävling

På grund av intensiv tävlingshöst flyttas Tatsu Cup 2013 till våren, alltså lördagen den 20/4 i Sundsvall.

Vad är Kyokushin

Kyokushin är en karatestil med fullkontakt som grundades i Japan 1964. I tävlingar är det inte tillåtet att slå mot huvudet. Däremot är sparkar tillåtna.

Kyokushin och bygger på en filosofi av självförbättring, disciplin och hård träning.

I Sverige har Swedish Karate Kyokushinkai omkring 3000 medlemmar.
